This is kind of the Apple of the vacuum cleaner world.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is our first Miele vacuum and it is a beautifully designed machine. It is quiet, effective, and abounds in thoughtful details. The bags have flapper valves so that you don't get a puff of dust in your face when you change it. The very small, light, canister rolls wherever in needs to and is easy to keep out of the way, the switchgear has a nice feel, the tools seem to be just the right size and work well, etc. And it's easy to tuck away when you're done.
After a couple of Kenmores and a Shark that we just don't like a lot, I finally see an end to the vac wars in our house.
