Quality part with good features at value price.

This clamp has all the features, well-done, that I wanted. It is, as far as I am concerned, a quality part at a value price. Light-weight alloy ring with inner top flange, hex socket head steel screw and steel plug that the tightening screw threads into. And it fits my 31.8 seat tube as it is supposed to.

A good bike tool, but not heavy duty. Good value for the money.

I have used the tool only once, and it worked very well. This is a good tool. However, I will likely use this tool infrequently, as I am only a bike hobbyist, not a professional bike mechanic. I would not call this a professional level tool, or a heavy duty tool. The one part of the tool in particular that may not stand up to heavy use is the pin. One word of caution to prolong the life of the pin: Make sure when you use the tool that the push pin is seated in the tool completely( screwed into the tool's pin holder all the way), that the pin is straight, perpendicular, and lined up accurately to the pin on the chain that you are pushing out. The tool does come with an extra pin, which is nice.

great value rack

This is a nice, solid rack, not flimsy by any means. I would rate it medium duty. The steel tube it is constructed with is heavier duty than I expected, and at this price it is a great value. I think the rack could have easily been made to handle even heavier weights than it is rated for if the upright locking pins were a bit larger in diameter and were longer so that they went through holes on both sides of the tubes instead of only one side. The rack is very easy to assemble and disassemble for convenience of storage or transport.
