  Item was listed as new however, packaging was obviously opened, it is missing one of the peers. The majority of the peers have pieces either correctly placed in or partially placed in. And came with a whole bunch of trash. While the pieces partially put together and the trash wouldn’t have bothered me, the fact that it’s missing a piece needed to use. It is the real problem.

  This is not true. Items were still in manufacture's bags. Second, he has not returned the merchandise after I gave him the refund and paid for return postage.
