Excellent Product and Performance
Really quite impressed with the performance of the 900 watt Anova Precision Cooker. I decided against purchasing the new 1000 watt version due to price, so picked up this slightly used, slightly older model at a much lower cost and really couldn’t be happier. As near as I can tell, it has all the functionality of the new model, less the 100 watts of cooking power. Most recently, I sous vide 4, 2” thick ribeye steak in 1.5 hours. They were amazing!
