2 of 2 found this helpful I looked for this model because it is the last version that has two coaxial inputs for simultaneous antenna and cable inputs. Later versions have only one input which is in my opinion a severe downgrade in capability. The 1 TB hard disk is a great plus.
The current Bolt series interface is a little nicer and faster than the this series but the deciding factor was being able to get my local TV channels. I had to delete a lot of data and watch lists which might have been easier if I had asked TIVO before investing a lot of time setting up channels.
TIVO transferred my existing subscription for my old defective HD DVR to the new unit.
