Would be willing to pay a little more is Lil came off more easily and Wood area on hand or extended.

I love the look of the teapot and the grip is comfortable, Except when opening and closing the pour-spout. Then it becomes a burning point for the fingers. This could be resolved by extending the wood area just another inch or so.It does boil water quickly. The lid is very snug putting on and off when filling the tea pot.
