Poor quality and disappointed in seller response
Very disappointed in the quality of this item and the poor response from the seller. I contacted them recently to express my concerns about the pump not working (see below) and was basically brushed off and told it was not their responsibility and to contact the manufacturer if I wasn't happy. I have had no contact with the manufacturer before, I was not provided with any contact details and no further support or apology was extended.
I would not recommend this product or seller. It seems to be very cheaply made and doesn't even last through one single use.
"I am writing regarding the pump I purchased at the end of March; I have just had the opportunity to use it, and have found that, contrary to advertised specifications, it pumps less than 80L before the battery pack is depleted and needs to be recharged. During operation, the flow rate of the liquid was also quite slow. Much to my shock, once the battery was fully recharged after the first use, it then completely gave up again after pumping only 10L. It currently does not pump at all. I am very disappointed in the quality of this item. It it is not fit for purpose and a lot of time investment was required for continuously recharging the battery.
Please advise what can be done about this and provide a suitable resolution at the earliest. "
