Does what it is supposed to do
I have not been able to position the antenna properly yet, and I'm using it with a used GPS disciplined oscillator of unknown operability, though it passes its self-tests and puts out the expected 10 MHz signal. So far it has not locked, but the measurements I've been able to make load me to believe it will work when I can position it correctly. The disciplined oscillator requires a better view of GPS satellites for initial acquisition than do most consumer GPS receivers, so that it can make accurate calculations to compensate for the satellite delay. I think this is the problem, but the antenna was received in good condition and appears to be working.

Delivered on time, properly packed.
Good value for an older professional oscilloscope. Unit showed signs of extensive use but not abuse, and seems to meet specs.
