  I am very happy with the glass cruets I purchased.l! They were packaged well, shipped promptly, and arrived exactly as described. The shipping did take longer than usual, but it appears to have been a problem with USPS, and not the seller. I would definitely purchase from seller again.

  Seller used the worst shipping service possible. Been stuck same spot sense February 14 i contacted seller several times explain that his responsibility to contact FedEx to get any information from them. I called spoke to FedEx personally the service representative couldn't give me to much information he did instructed me to tell the shipper they had to contact FedEx sense it's under their account. Very frustrated not sure if and when i will receive the parts .

  As of 5/1, I'm still trying to get my item back from FED EX, this inexperienced buyer have no idea of the problems with ALL shippers and Ebay I go through grief with about 10%.. Its not a simple "throw it in the mailbox and poof its on the doorstep". Most go smoothly but when a zinger happens its very time consuming.
