It's a great camera. Very sturdy and well made.

It's a great camera. I'm only a hobbyist, but I've learned quite a bit playing around with it and from reading up on the model, as well as few youtube videos.

The figure itself seems well made. I'm not sure about the plastic clip. I'm afraid it could brake easily, but it's attached via a metal split ring, so it could easily be swapped for a sturdier clip.

useful and easy to follow reference book

It's dated now, being published 30 years ago, but at the time it would have been a very useful and easy to follow reference book. When I was first getting getting into computers and the internet in my late teens and early adulthood, the Complete Idiot's Guide books were my favorite study books. I had a few on other topics as well, such as photography and automotive maintenance.
