  As described and pictured, securely wrapped, acceptable delivery time as it was sent from abroad. However, courier didn't knock my door to try and deliver in person, item was left under bench in my front porch, and I received no email communication to let me know it was there. Not the seller's fault of course, but maybe use another courier. (Sent via Hermes, think it was delivered by Evri, two sides of the same coin.)

  These replacement arms are exactly as described--they look and work just like the originals. They may seem expensive, but the tooling and production costs probably are too. The bottom line is that they are well worth the cost. They came with detailed installation instructions--and even replacement posing wire! They were well packed and shipped quickly.
