Great innovation
This is my 2nd Delta Pilar faucet. I had to leave my 1st one with the house when I sold it. I paid over $400 for the 1st one 8 years ago. We looked at the newer models and the all have a pull down sprayer. We don't like that configuration so we stuck with the Pilar. When we moved to our new house, we found ourselves "bumping" the faucet expecting the water to turn on, but nothing happened. It made us want to get the "touch faucet" asap. If you buy any touch faucet you won't be sorry, It is so convenient.

The flag is up!
I bought this to replace the same item that my father bought 30 or more years ago. I maintained it and when the flag got crusty looking due to the weather peeling the paint, I decided it had to be replaced along with the old mailbox. The yellow flag is hard to miss. Great product, don't know why all mailboxes don't come with an alert system.

Great idea, if it all worked, Mine came after 3 weeks, and the ratchet doesn't work. Cheap Chinese crap. It does have some value if you need an extension to your arm, but don't expect something of high quality.
