Great set
Had this for years now. I bent the C-Frame at one point. Alltrade sent one right away. Great set, worth every penny. Worked on every car I've worked on. Great for universal joints as well!

Not for impact tool use.
2 of 2 found this helpful The inside of this adapter is grooved, as you will find in chrome non-impact adapters. The grove is in place on non impact adapters in order for the retaining ball to hold the adapter in place. However, when using adapters such as this with an impact wrench (ex. 2145qi) it actually causes damage to the anvil retaining ring!!! It's not really worth it to ship back as that takes times and money, so now I'm stuck with an adapter that might as well be chrome due to the design. In case you are unaware impact adapters are smooth on the inside and do not contain the retaining groves as seen in this part. If you are using this adapter for your 3/4" ratchet or breaker bar it will work just fine. However, if you are purchasing it for impact use I highly recommend that you spend a little more and buy an adapter that isn't going to cause damage to your air tools.
