Works great but you still have to eat right.
I’ve used hydroxycut before for weight loss. I’m taking it again because it works. I take it for the energy so i can cut my daily coffee. I also take it to curb my appetite. It does both things well. I feel like it does increase my metabolism as well since my meals seems to digest faster. I tried other products that i could pick up same day but they didn't curb my appetite nearly as well, and they gave me a heartburn. Works great for me. I work out most days and try to hit the cardio daily too. Its not a magic weight loss pill. You have to eat right and exercise. Hydroxycut helps you stick to your diet and helps with the energy you need. I use the carbon app to track diet and have lost 80 lbs over the past year.
