    These folks don't communicate much (never heard back from them actually), however the instructions I left were followed to the letter and my seat cover showed up quickly, looked awesome and fit my Honda 250SX seat frame like a glove. The quality of the material is such that I don't expect to have to recover it again, but if I recover something else, I am ordering from them again.

    We cannot ship what we do not have. Tried to be honest with the customer but apparently honesty is not always the best policy... customer was refunded in full.

    Purchased the item seller said they shipped it 3 days later. Item never showed it moved from its location after a week. I tried contacting the seller with no response. After another week, ebay stepped in and refunded me

    We responded to customer's inquiry on the same day. He told us he would wait and see if it arrived... then the next thing was an item not received dispute, which we refunded for him. We cannot control the postal deliveries once they are picked up, but with guaranteed delivery and refund, there is no need for negative feedback on something that is not our fault.
