does not Exfoliate

The brush just vibrates. In fact the bristle don't. Only the plastic part vibrates. It's like holding a dead sponge to your face. I expected the brush to rotate.

I cannot completely endorse this product because I have not yet planted the seeds. Hopefully in the spring. But the tree/Bush looks lovely in the photo and they should look very nice in my yard
