Good affordable power
Plenty of power for a home Work Station. Combined with the custom MOBO from China the build has been wel worth while.

'Modern' LGA 2011-0 MOBO breathes new life into older multi-core Xeon CPU's
1 of 1 found this helpful I got a Xeon E5 2650 V2 octacore (16 threads) CPU for under $100 CDN shipped to my door that this MOBO can boot into an EVO M.2 NVMe drive and fully utilize a brand new video card at 8 GT/s (PCIe Gen 3). I was also able to install Win 10 via the USB 3 rear port without the problems of older MOBO's. American Megatrends Bios needed to be tweaked to get full power out of the CPU as it defaults to Econo performance mode. The oboard NVMe drive slot (screw included) sits very close to the top PCIe slot so you might not be able to use a thick heatsink on it without modding something. Shipping took 4.5 weeks and packaging was adequate to protect the contents. Recommended.
