Awful software
No customer support. No instructions on how to use it. Customer support never responded. No customer list. No summary for monthly sales. Not worth buying!

Not compatible
This hard drive cannot be use to play any of my original xbox games on my xbox 360 because it's not formatted. All of the one I had in the never had a problem. Just this hard drive.
