Great skinning knife!
Very sharp, like using a scalpel to skin game. Replaceable blades mean the knife will always be this sharp. The no-slip, easy-grip construction of the handle on this particular knife is another great advantage.--With a blade this sharp, you don't want the knife slipping through your fingers.
I like this knife so much, that I am buying another for my hunting partner.

Asian flavor in a bottle!
I can't believe they have discontinued this product. My family really likes it. We use it in many of the Asian dishes we make, even ramen noodles. The McCormick Perfect Pinch Asian Seasoning really elevates ramen noodles to a different level. I just bought three more bottles, but I don't know what we will do when they are gone. We will miss it.
