has its pro,s and cons for the right price
I got this as an open package it said "new" for $55.00. one of the screw on handles would not screw tight I had to use a bolt and nut to put on the handle the basket is pretty much useless its to hard to mount.and to small., I bought this to use to go into stores etc .the brake lines are way to long and snag on things.but I do like the brakes and the ability to lock them.i have a 4 wheel rollator at home and they don't lock.but it is very light weight and easy to get to get it in and out of the back seat so for that its worth it
