When Management Cared
Great baseball book that covers many of the Tiger players and events of that year. 1968 was a unique year in current events as well as on the ball diamond. Unlikely to ever happen again. Especially with the mentality of the current management (spelled Al Avila, GM) who persist in getting rid of the best players on the team in a weak attempt at “rebuilding”.
