Nosedive in Quality
I've owned this specific model for close to ten years prior to this purchase, the motor on my old one started getting weak so I ordered a new. I was so please with the quality of the first that I sought out this specific trimmer.
What I got was one that was lighter, felt cheap, and whose blade it dull as all get out. I shave my head regularly and have a decent beard so this is something I use daily. The old blade made short work of my hair, no need to slow down or go over an area more than once. This new order the motor bogs down and it pulls at my hair, not cutting everything in one pass.
It's very disappointing seeing another product ruin itself in the name of cutting costs, they even changed the trimmer design just enough that the old blade won't fit the new trimmer.
They improved the packaging and the guards are better designed, but the skimped on what made this a good product to begin with.
I'm switching brands, this is going in the bin as soon as a good quality product arrives.
