A good, not excellent, Superman figure
Hot Toys aways show evolution in each figure release.
In the case of the BVS superman, you can see improvement in the body format and accuracy in outfit color comparing to the Man Of Steel version. Is much bulkier and the outfit has darker color and a metallic shine compared to the older version.
Is not a perfect improvement due specially to the face of the figure. Neck is too long and the head sculpt is strange: some angles does remind Henry Cavill, and other are just odd.
The quality sounded a little more poor when compared to the MOS too. Cape has a bigger gap in the fitting and the lining in the outfit in some point seen to be pointing out. In fact I saw one review where the lining did get ruined at the boots when posing.
All downsides mentioned, I still consider a great figure. Maybe in the way of the best, which could delivered in the future Justice League version.

Awesome looking figure
The Hot Toys Ant Man from Ant-Man movie just blow my mind every time I look at it.
The suit is really well made and movie accurate, mostly a sort of rubber/leather look, and with a lot of details.
Head sculpt is just awesome, and the openable helmet works great.
I guess only negative points would be articulation (arms and legs are a little limited by the clothing) and the wire thing in the back of the helmet, which keeps unplugging when you move the figure.
Overall I still think the looks and movie accuracy exceeds the negative points mentioned.
If you are a HT collector or just looking for a really well made and accurate figure, this little guy is for you.

Best Female Figure of Hot Toys
1 of 1 found this helpful As a HT collector, getting a new figure is always exciting. After delivered you pass some days admiring and pointing the details you do and don't like.
In this figure, I really didn't see much of the "don'ts", it just looks amazing.
The outfit combine a lot of materials, creating an awesome look.
And the head sculpt and hair are just really good. In other female characters, like the Black Widows releases by HT, the sculpt sounds a little off and the hair just a mess you try to fix for posing. This does not happen in this Scarlet Witch figure.
Also, for my personal taste, this outfit is the more heroic of the 3 versions of HT, including the future Civil War version.
And looks perfect with my other Avengers figure.
Do recommend it.
