coming out of wall

We have had this for a year in our new bathroom and we loved it but one of the main screws is coming out of our nicely tiled wall so we tried a longer screw and it is still coming out. We have to remove it and it will leave 14 holes in the tile so not sure what to do. The teak wood seat was very nice.
