Helped on our cruise
The wristbands really helped my husband and me on our recent cruise. We wore the bands the first night when the ship was moving slightly. No sickness at all. The second evening we decided not to wear them and both of us went to bed feeling sick as the motion was even more than the first night. The next night we wore them again as the ship was really rocking and we had no sickness once again. We will definitely take them on the next cruise!
We both have small wrists and the bands fit us quite snugly. I know they need to be tight to keep them in the proper position, however, someone with a larger wrist may find them too tight.
Also, It would have been nice to receive some information about how to use the bands, but there was no explanation at all.
