One resource/cookbook I wouldn't go without!
Excellent resource for anyone with IBS - advice on exactly what to eat, why, along with tried and true recipes!

Make mealtime easier!
A wonderful guide to freezer cooking full of recipes that uses foods you'll actually have in your house! It has been an excellent resource for our family - and the only one of its kind that we return to again and again. The recipes have impressed all who have tasted them!
