  I shipped my package to the wrong address and even though the seller couldn’t change anything as it had already been shipped, they were extremely helpful in giving me information as to what I might do to fix the problem.   The item arrived fairly quickly and packed well, however the item was broken which was not noted in the listing. The left hand and clip board were not attached. Fortunately it’s a piece that can be glued.

  I sincerely apologize for the condition of the item when it arrived. As you can see from listing photos, it was intact at the time it was listed and packed. Unfortunately, it must have broken in shipping. I have issued you a partial refund.
