These inserts work great when I cut the length of the arrows to my draw length. I insert them using hot glue and they hold firm and secure.

Just give it a try and you will be amazed!
I have used Shuttle T-Lok for many years and have harvested many deer, bear and other game animals with this broad head. It is a tough blade and each blade can be replaced if they become dull. Of all the animals I have harvested over the years I have yet to have one animal go more that 25 yards after my shot. Of course arrow placement is an important factor in stopping any animal. For such a small broad head it sure blows a giant hole in any animal. Thank you Shuttle T-Lok!
