every cake decorator needs this book great for starter
1 of 1 found this helpful i have been decorating for a while home tought i wish i could had have this book when i first started i learned a lot some i picked up on my own just buy reading a nd looking at utube but this book really tought me a lot i went through each class and tryed a lot of the suggestions as with everything you learn the way you understand until you get it right as they say in this book the classes on fondant and gumpaste was exceptional i have always been a little afride of this paste but this really helped me to under stand i really recomend this book hope she comes out againwith a book on string work and drapes jml
