Left bud cuts out

Tried these refurbished. Left bud cuts out and the case is pretty large compared to Samsung and jabra. They're comfortable, but feel a bit loose and like they may fall out while running. Sound quality is good. Possibly better then Samsung and jabra. They're pretty good, but wouldn't pay $100 for new ones. Update: Tried to use the Square Trade warranty and they denied me. Past the return period, so just screwed out of $36. Don't recommend purchasing these or this seller. STAY AWAY.
