Dilute to Taste
Product appears to work quite well, though I have still quite limited experience with it. Mostly, I wanted an alternate cutting fluid to the standard oil based versions, of which there are certainly a multitude to choose from. I like the fact that with this, you can dilute with water, so you can adjust the ratio to suit the operation. If you are just taking light passes on steel, you can water it down and apply more, and then when your hogging out the ID of a part, you can apply thicker fluid to stay in place longer.

Layman's Opinion: This is a good deal
I haven't measured the average particle size, nor done any chemical analyses to verify the purity of the sample, but for my non-technical purposes (use in dry and wet lube applications) this is great. I was pleased to find it came in a bottle as pictured, which does include a nozzle. For the price, it was many times better than what it would cost from other sources.

Exactly what you'd expect in zinc plated flange nuts
Appear to be solid M10 flange nuts, threads aren't oversized and seem to run onto bolts cleanly. zinc plate is clear, and likely trivalent in order to comply with WEEE initiative. I don't know proof strength or how well the zinc plate will protect from corrosion, but again appears to meet spec. The only reason I'm not rating it excellent is because I have not tested them and have no experience to know they would have the longevity one would expect from any piece of hardware.
