Typhoon H is fun to fly but still learning
7 of 8 found this helpful I’m a newbie drone pilot. I hah one prior for about 4 yrs but flew it infrequently. The Yuneec Typhoon H is well made easy to assemble, fly, controller (ST16 while large) is well laid out and very simple to use. Instructions are terse but good once you know the basics of how to fly the drone. There are utube video on calibration, and how to do basic flying. Would have preferred a full manual in pdf form to read vs having to do iTunes but Im just taking some cheat sheet notes from videos. So far it has worked great. I would recommend you get a second battery (or two), a carry bag as soon as you can afford. Extra props next. I also purchased protective bags for batters but I’m anal and they are a pain to use as the ones I got are one size fits all. I did get prop guards. I think they will be good while learning but don’t fit in the case without betaken on and off which I know I wond do long term. Camera seems clear but haven’t really played enough with it to TrueType tell. Certainly better than my old drone Think I need to adjust settings to get richer colors or add filter. Have not tried special flight features yet either.

Sturdy but design of the clamping at the top is questionable
0 of 1 found this helpful So it is sturdy and is well built. What I don’t like is the clamping mechanism design at the top. I have not used it yet so this may all change when I use it.
Got it for a second pair of hands but may not be able to do everything I hoped without some modification

I actually wore out the watch over a decade and so wanted the same one again.
solar- never need to change a battery
atomic - always the correct time
300m - don't have to worry about getting wet or going into pool or ocean with it on
easy to read and primary data on watch face
other options if you need hem once in a while.
don't have to use phone
