Flat v. folded
I have used Chemex filters for over 40 years but recently the company changed to folded only. They are so badly folded that I often have to refold them. Also, the material seems to have changed for the worse; they seem thicker and do not brew at the same rate as the older ones. Therefore I was pleased to find unfolded ones available.
