Same old cleats
Same quality as 5 years ago but at a higher price.

Don’t like straps
Works okay for me when cycling. There are some occasional bogus spikes and it can be slow to react at times. Still like it better than HR straps. Note that Mio effectively went out of business so warranty may not be available. I have 3 of these now and haven’t had any failures. I have been getting 6+ hours of battery life.

Work
It appears none of the well known bike brands use these in their Di2 builds. Which explains where some rattles may be coming from. I had a bad one inside my down tube from the Di2 cable. These wire holders fixed the problem.
