wacky redo Phantom of the Opera in a rock'n'roll mode

I remembered seeing this film when it first came out and falling in love with Jessica Harper (whose subsequent career I felt was disappointing). Paul Williams has been one of my favorite songwriters ("Rainbow Connection" anyone?). I've not seen it since and wanted to revisit.
