Very poor fit will create future degradation to your vehicule.
Poor fit the large gap on top will be prone to water ingress. Other than that this product if perfect. If you want to keep your vehicule for a long time buy a better product.

damage O2 sensor out from the box
I have ordered O 2 sensors for my Ford Taurus from Global Automotive of Miami. While I was about to install my new sensors one of its pin was was bent ( got picture of it). As my Y pipe was already removed and it was on Christmas Eve, I took the decision to fix the pin by dismantling the connector. I have completed the installation and since then I got another fault code P 0136. One on the causes is "Open in circuit resistance" caused by corrosion in the connector. In another word it's a bad contact. Therefore, I will have to replace this new O 2 sensor again at my own expense.
If you do business with Global Automotive of Miami be ready for some unpleasant surprises.
