Supplier selling improperly stored food.....,

I usually buy my food from another supplier. Decided to give this one a chance. Food all dusty and mealy,smells stale, bird not interested in food he always eats. I don’t think it’s the Zupreem, I think it’s the supplier selling improperly stored food and damaged merchandise.
