delivered on time. works very well. dual settings are quiet and nicely measured. looks cool. takes up minimal space. the packaging was extra supportive with the plastic balloon pieces protecting the electrical functions of the appliance. the box was taped up nicely with the label very visible to the package handler. the item seems to have been used minimally with all the accoutrements still in place and all the original tags remaining.
