real nice unit picture is great

The picture is unreal. installed it over this weekend. need to get out on the water to try it out. I'am sure it is going to be a great upgrade to the 23 year old humming bird wide the boat came with. wish it would stop thunder storming every afternoon so I can try it. Wish the wire coming out of the transducer was mounted to protect it when boat is on trailer in the yard. It sticks out of the opposite end of the transducer then the older models. The older wide models could hide the wire under the mounting bracket better. We have a pet goat running around that seem to hone in on stuff that is sticking out there to chew on she can spot it for miles seems like. The wire sticks out there begging to be chewed on. Am sure I will be buying new transducers now and then. Goats love the taste of wire.
