good product
I haven't had it for long. So, I can't comment on its durability. But, it heat up fast, has an attractive appearance, and the stainless steel construction allows easy cleaning and does not rust. I like it a lot.

simple but practical
The best part of the design is the adjustable height to adjust to different types of solar panels. I recommend it.

good product but could be better
I needed it for my hotel. I had bought other West Bend models and liked them. I would buy it again when the need arises. It would be much better if there was a sight tube. Also, a stainless steel construction would last much longer.
