Great quality for used CD

Even though a used library item, it plays as if brand new and all of the printed materials are included

Nice design, but fails to be reliable when trying to place a call

At first I was happy with this phone since I had such poor performance with my Kyocera Rise. I love it's "blackberry" style design and the touch screen is usually pretty responsive and smooth. The only failing is that when I try to make a simple phone call either by dialing or from my call history screen, there is a several minute DELAY before the call finally is dialed. This is VERY frustrating!! Especially when trying to squeeze in a call or two during my break or lunch at work. The main reason I have a phone is to be able to place a phone call. But for this purpose the Motorola Admiral XT603 has been a miserable failure. Additionally when texting, it often will not type into the text box when trying to use the physical keyboard and I have to reboot it to get it to input characters correctly. My wife was having the same problems with the exact same model that we purchased for her. I have now gone back to my LG Lotus dumbphone.
