Leaks on membrane and poor performance
2 of 3 found this helpful One of my mats came with a leak on the membrane that spilled water. Additionally, I have the two connected in series, live in Trinidad (Caribbean) with a 7000 liter pool and it only raised the temperature by 1-2 degrees Celsius. The mats placement allows them to receive sunlight for 7 hours without shade. The flow rate while running water through the heater passages exclusively was soo poor that it rendered the system useless. Do not buy! I would have been better off building a PVC collector on my own...
