Not bad, just not great little dual wireless handheld system
You really can't do any better than this for the price.
To make this short and simple I will use points to say what I like and don't like about this product.
- rechargeable batteries included for both handheld units.
- tested at a distance of 80ft+ with my back to the receiver without dropouts
- love the meter for audio levels & RF levels
- simple settings.... perhaps too simple
- no meter at all for battery levels, not even on the mic itself
- blue lights on the front are really bright (too bright!)
- handset unit looks like it will only charge one at a time, as when both are in the holder the charging light goes out
As for the audio quality, I have worked with and own wireless mics from other manufacturers costing five times the amount of these and they sound so so so much better. Given the cost of these, they sound not too shabby. They just don't sound great. I will need to do a lot of EQ with them to have them sound ok. ~they were purchased to be used in a gym for announcements, and I may use them as a "don't care so much if you break it" for karaoke. I would not use them for anything professional. They are exaggerated in the low end, and drop off quickly for the high end. Might work better on a female, however my voice was muddy going through with how boomy the bass end is. Tested on a known system, with known room response in comparison to a Sennheiser 835 G3 wireless. Obviously, this is just my opinion, thank you for your time reading all this.
