Replacement Joystick for N64 Controller - New in Box (Nintendo 64)

Doesn't fit

As other reviewers have noted, the joystick doesn't fit inside original (Nintendo brand) N64 controllers. In order to install the unit I had to shave a considerable amount of plastic away from the joystick housing. After all this, the joystick does work, however, the location of the Z button is altered (since it sits on the joystick housing), and so the Z button feels mushy. The joystick itself feels tighter than the original joystick. The average gamer will likely find it usable, however, N64 purists likely won't.

Works as expected

A good KVM switch considering the price. Works exactly as expected, allowing you to easily switch a VGA monitor and 3 USB peripherals between 4 computers. The cables I received are 6 feet long (standard monitor cable length), so not bad but certainly won't let you connect to several computers spread out over room. The good news is there's nothing special about the cables, so you could easily swap in longer VGA and USB (Type A to B) cables.

Great value

Obviously this is excellent value over new enterprise and consumer gear. Even compared to other enterprise refurbished gear, the value is good, considering the free shipping and new batteries. My main concern was the quality of the batteries, but from my initials tests they charge up just fine and give APC's rated run times under load. Genuine APC batteries should last 3-5 years, so no way of knowing if I'll actually get that kind of life, but you do get a 1 year warranty. Equipment was packed very well and looks nearly brand new (hardly any scratches/dents). Overall pleased with the purchase and would recommend.
