Plantronics Voyager Legend Black Ear-Hook Headsets - Refurbished

Volume doesn't work

I have had many of this same Plantronics Voyager legend and they all had good volume. This one you can not hear anything even with the volume at max level. There is something definitely wrong with this unit. I bought another one since this one and it works great. Would rather ship this back for another unit.
