  The buyer received the model in a slightly damaged condition, despite my best efforts to pack it well and label the package as fragile, due to USPS delivery. They contacted me and posted a photo of the damage. I offered assistance with the repair and advised them to contact USPS, as the package was insured.After 10 days, the buyer raised a 'Item Not Delivered' request and specified that the item was damaged. I highly recommend communicating all delivery risks with this buyer before sending items
