This is item was in great condition in description. It was badly packed in a flimsy single ply box with one layer of bubblewrap and was damaged in shipping. Had to take unit apart, inspect, and repair the case that was badly bent. No communication or response from seller. This is a seller I do not recommend. Only reason for a neutral response is because the unit still works, otherwise this is very negative for communication. Buyer beware.

This item was exactly as the seller described and arrived on time however it was completely destroyed by UPS’s poor handling even though the seller took the extra time to wrap this thing with lots of bubble wrap to protect it, I had to call UPS and make a claim, and I let the seller know as well and the seller was friendly empathetic and helpful and responded to me quickly,great seller,thanks
