I reached out to him but he would not do anything about it, the shipping box was undamaged and the item was wrapped well it was just poor advertising. Beware.. I lost $$$..

Won't stay on wrist
Watch came off 15 seconds after I put it on. The pins come out of the watch on both sides. I've even took it to a jeweler to swap out pins but did not help.

Leaks
I have 2 tfv4 minis and a .5 and they all leak. I've tried changing the rubber gaskets I've put it together in a different order but it usually takes several times before I get it to stop leaking Flavor is awesome probably the best. if you can stop the leaks it's the best but it's not that much better than Zephyr or Artic or Uwell when it does leak

Great batteries
