Positive results from simple techniques!

My yoga instructor brought this cd to our class. Since I already had a lot of respect for Dr. Weil, I was more prepared to give his techniques a try. We do breath work in our classes on a regular basis. I am able to use the relaxing breath to literally LOWER my blood pressure. I have practiced it while checking my bp with a cuff, as well as to help me battle insomnia (I start to count and breathe and then I fall asleep!). My chest and lungs feel invigorated and my posture is improved. I have now purchased several of these to pass on to friends and family. I suggest that you patiently listen to the entire program and then incorporate the practices into your life!!

Very happy to have found this treasure..

After purchasing another Tennessee Ernie Ford CD recently, I found this 'Gather Gospel Series' version which is a two CD set. As all of the Gather productions, this is a quality set that I would suggest to all who appreciate gospel in a form that only Tennessee Ernie Ford can deliver. Both CD's are wonderful and full of pleasant listening.

Works well on fine, thinning hair!

I tried a sample of this oil this winter, mostly so that I could see if it would help my dry hair and scalp. It seems to work well on my fine, thinning hair. I use a small amount, since my hair is quite short. I apply it prior to drying my hair, and it seems to lubricate without making my hair go flat. I also notice a nice shine. Generally makes my hair look healthier! I had hoped that it would contain only natural oils, and I am not certain of the first two ingredients as far as being entirely for those that wish to use something without added chemicals. That is my only uncertainty.
