About us

Textile Merchants since 1970s but formally established in 1983 in Manchester. Once upon a time we were one of the U.K's largest fabric wholesalers. We have managed (just) to survive over the decades were many other firms have not.

Second Generation of family entered in mid 2000s and our ebay store est in 2009. We are still providing luxury British and imported deadstock fabrics on our ebay store in 2024 and beyond. The trading environment is increasingly difficult and we have become well known on ebay for our £0.99 start auctions. Profit sometimes gives way for the need to generate sales and revenue so the bargains are indeed genuine.

In 2024 we have also ventured into selling Comics on our ebay store. Mostly a hobby of one of our directors which has been incorporated into the business. We aren't sure were exactly it will lead, but we hope it will work in tandem with our fabric selling rather than as a replacement product.
